A knowledge gap between intern trainings and projects caused uncertainty among interns and a greater workload for team members.


Pitched to replace slide deck focused trainings with hands-on instruction, implement post training project opportunities, and host a weekly video conference among the interns in the San Diego and Philadelphia offices.


Conducted anonymous, qualitative research from interns and team members on how they feel trainings can be improved.


Collaborated with another intern to pitch to the company our proposed new training for all new hires.
