Strategy:

Performed a search query analysis by downloading and refining search terms from Google Ads. By applying filters in Excel, I examined which searches were eating up the budget by clicks, but were not converting.

Outcome:

I helped save the client money by eliminating the possibility for the ads to show to people who did not have the intent to purchase a home.

Solving Wasted Clicks

Problem:

A housing development in Las Vegas was receiving many clicks on ads, but were not converting. This hurt their click-through-rate.

Solution:

I completed a search query analysis to find and negate the keyword in the search queries triggering the ad to show to people not searching for a new home.  Then, I updated the ad copy to include new keywords.
